About us.

Our building opened 18 months ago in a move facilitated by Rushmoor Borough Council. It is now kitted out with modern kitchen, cinema room, games room and lounge, and is equipped with the latest games consoles and table sports. It’s a safe, drug and alcohol-free place that’s so rare in any town, let alone Aldershot, where young people can be, belong and become.

We use solid and consistent Christian values to work with young people in all of our projects (over 650 the last year) and the projects themselves are all a direct result of what the young people need and want. How do we know? They asked for them…

Right now it’s a brilliantly busy time! That doesn’t, however, mean that it’s without its challenges. We are dealing with young people from two of the most deprived wards in the country, in a town that has more licensed premises per population that anywhere else, a massive drug and violence culture and a teen pregnancy rate that’s the highest in our region. But, in the face of these barriers, we are seeing some very real results across all of our projects. There are figures to back these claims up, but the real testimonies are in the turning around and transformation of young lives – keep an eye on this website and visit our Blog site over the coming months for more.

Overall, we are a faith-based organisation (supported by the region’s local churches, and KC21 in particular), providing a safe place of dynamic spiritual growth for young people. We were delighted to have won the Queens Award for Volunteering back in 2005.

We want to see relationships formed, we want to

see people set free, we want to see families

complete, we want to see young people realising

It’s just life!
